Call for Works 2026
LOXOS~ keeps attention focused on electroacoustic culture by offering, through its annual call, an important stimulus for composers and artists working in the field of digital arts. Each year, MA/IN welcomes artistic proposals through an OPEN CALL, with the aim of selecting works to be included in the 2026 edition of the festival.
Il festival ha quest'anno due collaborazioni attive con Il CRM (Centro di Ricerche Musicali) di Roma e con AGON (centro di ricerca - Milano) che includeranno nel loro programma alcune opere acusmatiche e audiovisive selezionate durante:
1. Festival "Artescienza": luglio 2026, Roma [acusmatica / audiovisiva]
2. Festival AGON: settembre-dicembre 2026, Milano [acusmatica]
• Castrignano De' Greci + Lecce | Sept. 17>20 // 2026
• Matera + Potenza | Sept. 29th > Oct. 3rd, 2026
It is possible to submit works (1 submission per author) in the following categories:
Acousmatic Music ~ fixed media music. Multichannel compositions are accepted.
Mixed Media Music ~ compositions for instruments and electronics, live or fixed media.
AudioVisual ~ pre-recorded audiovisual works.
Live Performance ~ works that include electronics and other elements, performed live.
Sound and Media Art ~ sound and multimedia installations
