It invites a way of looking and listening without thinking or a fixed purpose\, as an exploration of my own aesthetics. The work moves from reaction diffusion textures\, to a familiar unreal sky built from layered noise\, and finally to magnetic fields shaped by the interaction between the magnetosphere and the solar wind. These invisible forces are close to daily life and can be felt as gentle shifts in rhythm and attention. Images follow the field’s direction and intensity\, while sound moves between near silence and noise.\nHuang Wei ///  is an audio-visual artist based in Taipei. His work centers on observations of everyday life\, transforming non-ordinary visual experiences into familiar contexts through intuitive imagination of objects and systems. Explores how image and sound operate together to enhance a sense of reality and immersion\, while incorporating his personal aesthetic sensibility. In recent years\, his practice has focused on algorithm-based image and sound systems\, developing real-time performance formats. His works have been presented at major events including the Lacking Sound Festival. In 2021\, he was selected for the Taiwan Sound Lab (TSL) residency program. He performed at TUNNEL TOKYO in 2023 and WeSA Festival in Seoul in 2024. Between 2021 and 2024\, he presented multiple dome-based immersive works at FUTURE VISION LAB\, and in 2024\, his works were selected for SAT Fest and the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) \n\nIcarus vs Muzak /// is the continuation of the successful experience that was Icarus Junior – first youth ensemble founded and overseen by Icarus Ensemble in 2007. R. Duni” di Matera (classi di composizione e musica elettronica); coordinamento: M° Roberto Vetrano \n\n/// The word Changüí is a common expression in Rioplatense lunfardo (the slang traditionally spoken in Argentina and Uruguay)\, referring to an advantage\, a benefit\, a concession. In this work\, the gestures and sonic materials produced by the violin are gradually taken up\, extended\, and transformed by the electronics\, which offer them a kind of “second chance” or continuation: changüí becomes a musical metaphor. Rather than merely imitating the instrument\, the electronics establish a dialogue with it\, opening up an additional space for expression. [Rocío Cano Valiño]\nFrises focused on the idea of one historical ostinato variation form. The first part “Frise jaune” is a prelude\, a flexible improvisation around a constant D\, coloured by harmonics and the electronic part consisting of bell sounds. This part is also inspired by the idea of carillon. The second part “Frise de fleurs” is based on a harmony created on a ground bass. Sequences of successive chords are gradually enriched before opening to achieve a more free and lyrical development. [Kaija Saariaho]\n \nGiovanna Sevi /// is an Italian violinist based in Paris. Born in 1999\, she pursued her studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris\, the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome and the Koninklijk Conservatorium in Ghent.\nAt the heart of her artistic project lie contemporary creation and dialogue with composers. She collaborated with the Ensemble Intercontemporain\, Musikfabrik\, L’Itinéraire\, and Ictus\, and with composers like Georges Aperghis\, Marco Stroppa\, George Benjamin\, Beat Furrer\, Stefano Gervasoni.Laureate of the Lucerne Festival\, she has performed as a soloist at Manifeste Festival (IRCAM\, 2025)\, Festival Présences (Radio France\, 2026)\, Impuls Festival (Graz\, 2025)\, Festival Propagations (Marseille\, 2024)\, Mixtur Festival (Barcelona\, 2024)\, Blurred Edges Festival (Hamburg\, 2026)\, Meridian Festival (Bucharest\, 2024)\, Festival Messiaen aux Pays de la Meije (La Grave\, 2024). SUMMARY:MA/IN[X] - Interférences | Tanah Tanah
DESCRIPTION:©Mutek Montreal [Interférences] \n🎟 ticket in vendita presso il  Teatro Guerrieri fino esaurimento posti\n▷ apertura porte h 20.00\n \n▷ concerto\nh 20.30\n⦿ Alexis Langevin-Tétrault [CA] /// Interférences\nlive performance \nh 21.00\n⦿ Rami Syahbandi [ID] /// Tanah Tanah\nA/V percussion performance \n\n/// Interférence (String Network) is an audiovisual performance that explores the possibilities of embodiment of an electroacoustic work in real time through gestural interaction with a unique device. On stage\, an audioreactive play of light unfolds gradually: Alexis Langevin-Tétrault builds a network of strings with which he interacts to create a sound universe between the industrial noise\, electronica and acousmatic music. Through the staging of corporality and the dialectical relationship between the human and the machine\, Interférences (String Network) presents an allegory of the globalized and interconnected modern world in which the individual seeks to derive meaning from his experience and attempts to preserve its freedom of action. Alexis Langevin-Tétrault proposes a singular universe and infuses a live dynamic to a musical genre rarely incarnated by performance.\nAlexis Langevin-Tétrault /// is an interdisciplinary artist and composer based in Montreal and born in Baie-Comeau\, Canada. He has contributed to a variety of projects such as the collectives Aubes\, Falaises\, DATANOISE\, QUADr and ILEA\, in addition to solo audiovisual performances such as REPLIKAS\, Hypercube (one) and Interférences (String Network). His work explores the concept of corporality and is characterized by the design of audiovisual devices\, physical performance\, scenographic and dramaturgic work\, exploration of sound synthesis\, and also conceptual and social reflection. His work has been presented in more than 110 international events and 25 countries\, such as Ars Electronica (AT)\, L.E.V. (ESP)\, MUTEK (CA)(ES)(JP)\, Biennale NÉMO (FR)\, Transart (IT)\, ADAF (GR)\, Intonal (SWE)\, NEXT (SVK)\, BIAN-Elektra (CA)\, ISEA (KR)(CA)\, Akousma (CA) and Espace du son (BE). Alexis Langevin-Tétrault also released more than 20 electronic music albums. His audio work was rewarded by Foundation Destellos (AR) in 2014 and 2015\, by SOCAN Foundation (CA) in 2015\, and also by Exhibitronic Festival (FR)\, International Electroacoustic Music Week (FR) and fondation Musiques & Recherches (BE) in 2016. \n\n/// Tanah Tanah is a cross-disciplinary electronic media work that combines audio\, visual\, and performative installation as an experimental medium to examine the ecological\, social\, and economic relationships behind illegal gold mining practices in the interior of West Kalimantan. This work utilizes an ecological soundscape approach and photographic visual architecture to form a sensory narrative that connects data\, landscape\, and experience. Technically\, the installation utilizes two 12-inch subwoofer speaker systems that emit infrasonic signals to trigger rhythmic patterns that function as both musical instruments and sound sources.\nRami Syahbandi /// is a Pontianak-based sound and visual artist whose work explores socio-environmental and cultural convergence through electronic media\, installations\, and visual art. He has been involved in and worked on a variety of projects\, ranging from acoustic compositions to video works\, electronic music production\, engineering\, media installations\, and multi-channel audio.\n \n\n\n \n\n \n\n© Alexis Langevin-Tétrault\n \n\n \n\n© Rami Syahbandi
